We had a great stay at a cute hotel in this city. Best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and cleanliness. We loved having nice bathroom amenities, good coffee and light food restaurant at the hotel. Despite arriving early, our bags were securely stored and the smartphone provided was a nice touch.
Hard to think of anything.

Spent Christmas with my family in a lovely hotel in Japan. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The smartphone was a great bonus and it saved us a lot of time trying to navigate our way around the city. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and we loved the fact that it was located near some of the best restaurants in town.
The location of the hotel was its biggest drawback. It was a bit of a walk from the train station and the nearest convenience store.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom amenities were awesome and the bathtub was great. The hotel is located within walking distance to Kyoto station, which made it easy to get around the city. it's near several temples and the coffee shop/restaurant was a nice bonus. The price was affordable and the quality was superb.
One downside of the hotel was its location. It wasn't in a central area and some essential stores and convenience stores were quite a walk away from it.

The hotel had clean rooms and comfortable beds, making it easy to relax during the Christmas holidays. The bathroom amenities were top-notch and the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. the price was reasonable considering the peak season.
The location of the hotel was not ideal as it was quite a walk from most tourist attractions and the nearest convenience store was a bit far. The noise from the nearby train tracks also made it difficult to sleep at night.
